Stress is a part of life and hence should be dealt with as the part and parcel of life which moves on and on. The stress should be enjoyed as you enjoy happiness, love, attachment and other emotions of life. So now you are an online entrepreneur and hence you have lots of stress like marketing, developing fantastic content, submitting new posts on forums and Q&A sites. But the question is it making your life sulky, unhappier and stressful. But this stress should not be impacting the daily routines and your social life. It is based on all of my experience and the stress should never be welcomed with this question Why Me? 1. Music:- It is the best way to deal easily with the stress and this stress buster is not only tested by me but lacs of other people. But I tell you the source of the music it should be
2. Newspaper:- This is the out of the box way through which people drop in the stress from the brain by reading newspaper. I recommend to read paper in material in place of the digital versions or tab versions.
3. Read a book:- I prefer science fiction, inspirational stuff or autobiography choice is all yours hop on to Flipkart select a book and read till you drop. I finished the books of Amish-Shiva Triology in 3 days and nights in a go.
4. Nature walk:- Go and walk in between the natural surrounding early in the morning or evening and you will find lots of new insights on the ways of thinking.
5. Yoga:- Take yoga class and find yourself transformed slowly and you will find lots of people finding new ways to develop themselves through yoga. You will be healthy and happy with yoga even I am starting to learn. I am not going to put in my feels on this but you have to learn and feel it by yourself.
6. Television:- This is another way to laugh away the stress watch your favorite genre soaps or laughter shows to beat the stress. You can even watch cartoons to laugh away the stress of life(preferably Tom and Jerry).
7. Movies:- Movies are as such which are available round the clock on Youtube or the televisions or in DVDs to watch and take a break from life. Movies can help you live life to the fullest and teaches new ways to look at things.
Take it easy
Life is not about being serious and I read fantastic short para on life someone shared it with me a teacher sat with his old students and all of them shared the stress in work and life. He said we will discuss this with a cup of coffee they all agreed. He brought the coffee in a jug and with different varieties of mugs some new and beautiful and some old and not so beautiful. He asked his students to help themselves they all took the coffee in the most beautiful mugs leaving the not so beautiful old mugs. Teacher said this is the problem of your life, take coffee as life and mugs as work and your other survival efforts. Your focus should be to enjoy the taste of coffee i.e. life not the mugs which are meant to run life smoothly and are not life themselves. So destress yourself and enjoy your Coffee!
