Excel Speaks out Loud!!!

When the excel figures seams so tiring to be read and the cells seams blurred due to continuous work day and night gazing on the screen and you want some one to speak out the figures and the contents of the excel. Here is the solution the excel speaks out loud the contents of the cell you want to work upon.

Things to be kept in mind while using this excellent facility of excel:-
A. You have to choose the cells for which you want the content to be read out loud.
B. The Excel reads the content with the help of text to speech engine.

Ahead I show you how will get it working:-

In Excel Go to File—>Options—>Quick Access Tool Bar

After adding up the quick access tool bar in the excel need to click on drop down arrow—>More Commands—>All Commands—-> Speak Commands.
Add speak commands, speak cells by columns and speak cells by rows and speak cells on enter.

Now select the contents of the cell you want the excel to speak about and click appropriate options as per the screen shots below:-

The Highlighted options gives you the liberty to let the excel speak out the contents column wise or row wise.Relax your eyes now and let excel work for you. More such tricks will follow in the upcoming posts.
